The Foundation has three deadlines per year. The online application is available one month prior to each deadline and closes at 5pm on the following dates:

March 15 (spring)
Online application available from February 15-March 15 at 5pm.
Proposals are reviewed in April. All applicants are contacted during the month of May. Final decision is made in June.

August 15 (fall)
Online application available from July 15-August 15 at 5pm.
Proposals are reviewed in September. All applicants are contacted during the month of October. Final decision is made in December.

December 15 (winter)
Online application available from November 15-December 15 at 5pm.
Proposals are reviewed in January. All applicants are contacted during the month of February. Final decision is made in March.
